• 1. Shipping cost is excluded from the unit prices of all
    items. You can check the shipment cost on the shopping cart webpage after you have done the selection of the item quantity and destination.

  • 2. The default shipment channel is DHL expressway by door-to-door service. Other shipment ways like EMS, UPS,FedEx and TNT will be applied when DHL is not available or not suitable for the particular destination. When you prefer to ship the goods by sea or by air, please try to talk with our salesperson for further details.

  • 3. Usually, our team will take about 1 – 3 working days to prepare your goods after receiving your payment. We’ll confirm back you another soonest delivery date when any goods are selling out of stock.

  • 4. We will only ship to the confirmed address from the order, so it is strongly suggested that you provide us with correct shipping address. Please do confirm again the delivery address in your account when you click the button to pay through PayPal or your Credit Card.

  • 5. The transit time of shipment will be provided by the carriers, and it will exclude the weekend days and public holidays. The shipment transit time may vary, particularly during the holidays.

  • 6. When the goods arrive your country boarder, the Customs will require some necessary documents for clearance for the goods. It is strongly recommended that you could aid customs clearance to receive the goods successfully at your hands.

  • 7. Please check the items in front of the courier when they deliver. If the goods are damaged, please try to obtain the local courier’s documentary evidence for the breakage. In the meantime, please email us with photos or short videos about the packaging and products at the soonest time without any hesitation. Please remember to keep the evidence and do complain back to us

  • 8. We’ll provide a quality warranty for 2 years for most of our products sold. Some special terms will be subject to the final confirmed Proforma Invoice after our negotiation. If there are any defects under normal use during this warranty period, we’ll fix or replace the product with EXW terms. Customers will take responsibility for the shipment from the factory to your destination.

  • 9. The products delivered will not be accepted by return or warranty if the product codes have been removed off. Please note.

  • 10. If you failed to receive your products within 15 days after your payment date, please talk with us without any hesitation. We shall track the shipment and get feedback for you as soon as possible.

  • 11. Force majure: If the shipment of the contracted goods is prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of War, Earthquake, Fire, Storm or other cause of force majure, the seller shall not be liable for non-shipment or late shipment of the goods of this contract. However, the seller shall notify the buyers by e-mails with delay and furnish the letter with 15 days by speed post with a certificate attesting such event or events.
